Brian W. Davey earned a B.S. degree in Finance, Cum Laude, from Florida State University. While at Florida State University, Mr. Davey was a member of the Florida State University swimming team. Mr. Davey received his J.D./M.B.A. from Stetson University School of Law in 1998, with Honors.

Mr. Davey was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1998. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts in the Northern District of Florida, the Middle District of Florida, the Southern District of Florida, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
