Eric Michael Bradstreet is a Jacksonville native and graduate of Stanton College Preparatory School. He received his Juris Doctor degree Cum Laude from the Florida State University College of Law in 2006, where he earned Book Awards in Torts, Admiralty Law and Agency & Partnership. He received his B.S. degree in History from Jacksonville University.

He is admitted to the Florida State Bar and also admitted to practice in the Federal Middle District of Florida and Northern District of Florida.
